The Privacy Policy published on the Platform, the description and price of the Service, and any service-related policies displayed to the Client at the time of the request form an integral part of these Terms to the extent they do not conflict with applicable law.

By accepting these Terms, the User represents that they have full legal capacity to enter into electronic transactions, that they have the necessary authority if acting on behalf of an entity or another person, and that the information they provide is accurate and complete. A person who lacks full legal capacity may not submit a request or consent except through their lawful guardian and subject to providing evidence of guardianship if requested by the Company.

Consent from the Data Subject is not required for a Service that does not require processing the Data Subject's personal data. Where processing personal data is directly necessary to perform a verification service requested by the Client, the Company may require the consent or authorization appropriate to the nature of the Service and the applicable legal basis.

    4. Article 3: Nature and Scope of Services

Subject to availability on the Platform and applicable law, the Company may provide verification and screening services including:

      • Verification of academic qualifications and credentials, including degrees, diplomas, and academic records.
      • Verification of employment experience and employment history, including employers, job titles, periods of employment, and other verifiable professional information.
      • Verification of professional licenses and certifications.
      • Social media and digital reputation screening using Lawfully Available Information.
      • Verification of corporate and business entity information.
      • Security and compliance screening services where available and legally permitted.
      • Any other verification or screening services that the Company may add to the Platform in accordance with applicable law.

The Company does not represent, through these Terms or the Platform, that it is a government authority, university, certificate-issuing body, employer, or professional accreditation body. A Report does not replace an official document issued by an Issuing Source or competent government authority.

The Company performs verification activities according to the scope of the request, the information available, the applicable legal bases, and the technical and operational means reasonably available to it. The Company does not make employment, contracting, admission, rejection, promotion, licensing, or rights-related decisions on behalf of the Client or any other party.

    5. Article 4: Use of the Platform and Submission of Verification Requests

When using the Platform, the Client shall:

      • Provide accurate and up-to-date identification and contact information and keep verification codes and request access methods confidential.
      • Select the required Service and complete the Verification Request accurately and fully.
      • Upload documents requested by the Platform or the Company in a clear and legible form.
      • Provide any required consents, authorizations, and declarations before activities requiring them begin.
      • Review the request details, price, fees, and estimated completion time before selecting the option that confirms the order and payment obligation.
      • Respond to requests for clarification or additional documents within seven calendar days from the date the request is sent, unless the Company specifies another period in that request.

The Company may suspend processing until required data, documents, or consents are completed. If the Client does not respond within thirty calendar days from the date of a completion request, the Company may cancel the request in accordance with Article 14, taking into account work already performed and costs incurred by the Company or third parties before cancellation.

The electronic record of a request, including its acceptance time, contents, related notices, and payment record, may serve as evidence of the transaction to the extent recognized by applicable law. Requests may be concluded through automated electronic systems, and any resulting contract shall be valid and enforceable where its legal requirements are satisfied.

    6. Article 5: Accuracy of Data and Documents; Prohibited Misuse

The Client represents and undertakes that:

      • All data, documents, permissions, and consents submitted are accurate, complete, current, and lawfully available for use for the stated purpose of the Verification Request.
      • The Client will not submit any forged, altered, or falsely attributed document, nor conceal any material information that may affect the accuracy of the verification.
      • The Client will not request verification for an unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, retaliatory, extortionate, or otherwise prohibited purpose, or for any purpose contrary to public order or applicable law.
      • The Client will not use the Platform or Report to deceive an employer, educational institution, professional body, government authority, or any other party.
      • The Client will not attempt unauthorized access to the Platform's systems, interfere with their operation, or test vulnerabilities without the Company's written approval.
      • The Client will not copy, extract, collect, or republish Platform content or data through automated or other means except to the extent expressly permitted in writing by the Company or required by law.

The Company may take reasonable measures to verify the authenticity of data, documents, and authorizations, including requesting originals or certified copies, contacting an Issuing Source, or requesting additional information. Initial acceptance of a request does not constitute confirmation by the Company that the Client's submissions are authentic or accurate.

    7. Article 6: Requests Concerning Another Person; Consents and Authorizations

If a Client submits a Verification Request concerning a Data Subject other than the Client, the Client represents and undertakes that, before submitting the request and before uploading the Data Subject's data or documents, the Client has obtained a valid, specific, and legally sufficient consent or authorization permitting:

      • Submission of the Data Subject's data and documents to the Company.
      • Performance of the specific verification service requested.
      • Contact by the Company with Issuing Sources and other relevant entities for verification purposes.
      • Disclosure by the Company of the minimum necessary Data Subject information to Issuing Sources, Verification Partners, and service providers needed to perform the request.
      • Receipt by the Client of the Report to the extent permitted by the consent, authorization, and applicable law.

The Data Subject's consent must be freely given, clear, specific, and verifiable, and must be provided by a person with full legal capacity. Consent must be explicit where sensitive data, credit data, or any processing requiring explicit consent under applicable law is involved. The Client shall retain evidence of such consent or authorization and provide it to the Company within three business days of a request by the Company.

The Company does not treat the Client's authorization as a substitute for any legal basis that the Company itself is required to have for processing personal data. The Company may request independent confirmation from the Data Subject or reject or suspend a request if there is insufficient evidence of valid consent, authorization, or lawful purpose.

If the Data Subject withdraws consent and the processing relies solely on that consent, the Company shall stop the relevant processing without undue delay. The Client acknowledges that withdrawal may prevent completion of the request. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal or the Company's entitlement to fees for work already performed or costs incurred before receiving the withdrawal notice.

    8. Article 7: Personal Data Processing and Privacy

Personal data associated with the Platform and Verification Requests is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Platform, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations, and the purpose and applicable legal basis for each processing activity.

The Company may process personal data to the extent necessary to receive and manage a request, verify the Client's identity and authority, perform the verification service, issue the Report, administer payment, respond to complaints, prevent fraud and misuse, comply with legal obligations, and protect the rights of the Company, Data Subjects, or third parties, where an appropriate legal basis exists for each purpose.

The Company shall collect and process only the minimum personal data reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and shall implement appropriate organizational, administrative, and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.

The Company retains data, documents, and Reports associated with a Verification Request for up to three (3) years from completion of the request where retention is necessary for legitimate operational, contractual, or legal purposes. Upon expiry of the applicable purpose or retention period, as required by law, the Company shall securely destroy or anonymize the data unless a legal basis requires or permits longer retention or the data relates to an existing dispute, claim, or investigation.

The Data Subject has the rights granted under applicable personal data protection laws, including the rights to be informed, access personal data, obtain a copy, request correction or destruction, and withdraw consent where applicable. The Company provides a channel for exercising these rights in accordance with Article 22.

    9. Article 8: Data Disclosure, Verification Partners, and Transfers Outside the Kingdom

Within the scope of a Verification Request and the applicable legal basis, the Client authorizes the Company to disclose the minimum necessary personal data and documents to Issuing Sources, including universities, employers, professional bodies, and official authorities, and to Verification Partners, service providers, technology infrastructure providers, and payment providers where necessary to perform the Service or comply with a legal obligation.

When engaging a processor or Verification Partner, the Company shall select parties that provide sufficient guarantees for the protection of personal data and shall contractually require them to process data for the specified purpose and in accordance with controls consistent with applicable law. This does not limit the Company's legal responsibilities according to its role in the relevant processing activity.

International verification may require disclosure or transfer of a Data Subject's information to a party outside the Kingdom, such as a university, employer, professional body, or Verification Partner in the relevant country. Any such disclosure or transfer shall occur only where a lawful purpose and legal basis exist, using the minimum necessary data, and after satisfying applicable requirements, safeguards, and risk assessments for transfers outside the Kingdom.

The Company is not obliged to perform an international verification if applicable cross-border transfer requirements cannot be satisfied, or if the transfer may affect national security, the Kingdom's vital interests, Data Subject rights, or otherwise violate applicable law. In that case, the Company shall inform the Client that the affected part of the request cannot be completed in accordance with Article 11.

    10. Article 9: Social Media and Digital Reputation Screening

Where a Service includes social media or digital reputation screening, the screening is limited to Lawfully Available Information and sources that may legally be used. It does not include unauthorized access to private accounts, circumvention to obtain unavailable information, or bypassing technical or legal restrictions.

Such screening reflects only content or indicators visible in sources lawfully accessed at the time of the screening. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of content published by third parties, the attribution of such content to a particular person, its completeness, or its continued availability without deletion or alteration.

The Client shall not use social media or digital reputation screening results alone to make a final decision having a significant effect on the Data Subject. The Client is responsible for evaluating context, source reliability, relevance of the result, and the lawful purpose for its use, and for providing the Data Subject with any legally required opportunity to respond where applicable.

    11. Article 10: Verification Procedures and External Parties

The Company begins verification activities after the required data, documents, and consents are complete and payment has been confirmed or another agreed payment arrangement is in place, unless the Platform specifies a different process for a particular Service.

To perform a Verification Request, the Company may contact Issuing Sources, official authorities, public sources, and Verification Partners and may request clarifications, documents, or Additional Fees. The Company does not guarantee the response or cooperation of any external party, the accuracy or currency of that party's records, or continued access to those records.

The Platform may display an estimated completion time. Any such time is an operational estimate and not a binding guarantee. It may be affected by the country of verification, response time of the Issuing Source, time-zone differences, additional verification requirements, external fees, record availability, consents and authorizations, and any required legal or regulatory procedures.

If a material delay or difficulty becomes apparent during performance, the Company shall use reasonable efforts to notify the Client using the contact method provided with the request. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

    12. Article 11: Verification Results and Reports

A Verification Request result is issued based on the facts and information available at the time of verification and may include one of the following classifications or an equivalent designation:

      ClassificationMeaning
VerifiedInformation obtained by the Company from the source or relevant entity confirms, within the scope of the verification, that the information or document being checked is consistent.
Discrepancy FoundSpecific differences exist between the information or documents submitted and the information that could be verified.
Unable to VerifyThe Company was unable to confirm the information due to non-response by the relevant party, insufficient information, unavailable records, inability to access the source, or another reason documented in the Report where practicable.
In ProgressThe request remains under processing or is awaiting information, documents, or a response from a relevant party.

An "Unable to Verify" result does not mean that the relevant document or information is false. Likewise, a "Verified" result does not mean that every aspect of the Data Subject's personal or professional history has been examined or will remain accurate or current after the date of the Report.

The Report reflects information available or confirmed within the scope of the Verification Request as of the Report date. It does not constitute an absolute guarantee of the accuracy of all information relating to the Data Subject or the absence of other facts or information that were outside the scope of the Service, were not lawfully available, or were not confirmed by an Issuing Source.

The Client shall review the Report upon receipt and notify the Company in writing of any specific objection or apparent error within seven calendar days from the date the Report is made available on the Platform. Where there is a legal and operational basis to do so, the Company may review, correct, or update the Report. The Company is not required to conduct a new verification after a Report is issued unless a new request is submitted or a re-verification service is offered through the Platform.

    13. Article 12: Use of Reports and Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform, its software, designs, logos, templates, methodologies, operating rules, content, and Reports, including copyrights, database rights, and trade secrets, remain owned by the Company or its licensors.

The Company grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use a Report issued to the Client solely for the lawful purpose specified in the Verification Request. These Terms do not impose a contractual validity period on a Report. A Report reflects only the information that could be verified as of its issue date, and the person relying on it remains responsible for assessing whether it remains suitable for later use in light of the relevant purpose and the requirements of the receiving party.

The Client and any User shall not:

      • Modify a Report, delete any part of it, alter its classification, date, or source, or conceal any qualification or reservation contained in it.
      • Use a Report in a manner suggesting that the Company made or recommended an employment, rejection, admission, or licensing decision.
      • Share a Report with a person or entity whose access is not required by the lawful purpose or is not permitted by the Data Subject's authorization or another applicable legal basis.
      • Resell, sublicense, publish, or make a Report available to the public, or use it for machine training, commercial analytics, or creation of independent databases without the Company's prior written approval.
      • Use the Company's name, trade name, logos, or other owned marks without prior written approval.

Submission of documents or data by the Client does not transfer ownership of them to the Company. It grants the Company only the rights and authority necessary to process them and perform the Verification Request in accordance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

    14. Article 13: Fees, Payment, and Additional Fees

Before a request is concluded, the Platform displays the Service price, applicable taxes, any Additional Fees known at the time, and the payment method. Fees are payable in Saudi Riyals, and the final amount is displayed on the payment page before payment is completed.

The Client shall pay Service fees through the payment methods available on the Platform. Where the Client is an entity and the Company separately agrees to deferred payment, the terms of that arrangement govern invoices and payment due dates. No additional amount or late-payment penalty arises solely from a delay in payment unless permitted and agreed under applicable law.

Some requests may require Additional Fees imposed by a university, Issuing Source, government authority, verification provider, or other third party. The Company is not required to incur such fees or perform any part of the Service dependent on them before the Client approves the amount and payment method, unless those fees were expressly included in the price displayed to the Client.

If the Company requests approval of an Additional Fee and the Client does not approve it within seven calendar days of notice, the Company may suspend or cancel the affected part of the Verification Request. Additional Fees actually paid by the Company to a third party are non-refundable where the third party does not refund them.

    15. Article 14: Cancellation and Refunds

The Client may request cancellation of a Verification Request before the Company begins verification activities, transmits data to an Issuing Source or Verification Partner, or incurs non-refundable Additional Fees, using the support channel identified on the Platform.

If a consumer requests cancellation within seven calendar days from the date of contracting and has not used or benefited from the Service and the Company has not begun verification activities, the consumer's statutory right to terminate and receive any refund due under applicable law shall apply, subject to any costs lawfully borne by the consumer and any statutory exceptions to cancellation rights.

The Service is considered to have begun when the Company takes the first actual step to perform the Verification Request. Depending on the Service, this may include reviewing documents for verification purposes, sending a request to an Issuing Source, initiating a verification through a Verification Partner, or paying a third-party fee. After performance begins, only amounts not earned for work not performed and costs not incurred may be refundable, subject to mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

If cancellation results from an error by the Company in the Service price or description identified before performance begins, the Company shall notify the Client of the correction and allow the Client either to continue on the corrected price or description or terminate the request and receive a refund for any unperformed portion.

Nothing in this Article limits the Client's right to any warranty, remedy, or compensation provided by applicable law where the Company is proven to have breached a mandatory obligation, nor does it limit the Company's right to reject, suspend, or cancel non-compliant requests under Article 15.

    16. Article 15: Rejection, Suspension, and Termination of Requests

Without prejudice to the statutory rights of the Client or Data Subject, the Company may reject, suspend, or cancel a Verification Request in any of the following circumstances:

      • Required data, documents, consents, or authorizations are incomplete.
      • There is a reasonable suspicion of forgery, fraud, identity impersonation, or an unlawful purpose.
      • The Client does not respond to a completion request within the periods specified in Article 4.
      • Fees or approved Additional Fees are not paid.
      • The request conflicts with applicable laws, instructions of competent authorities, or the Company's applicable compliance policies.
      • Verification cannot be performed because the Issuing Source refuses to cooperate, a record is unavailable, a transfer or disclosure is unlawful, or access to data is not legally available.
      • The Platform or Report is misused, or any obligation under these Terms is breached.

Where a request is rejected, suspended, or cancelled, the Company shall inform the Client of the reason to the extent permitted by law, confidentiality obligations, and protective measures. Fees and refunds are handled in accordance with Article 14.

The Company may suspend or block a User's access to the Platform or the User's requests where misuse of the Platform or a breach of these Terms is established. Such suspension or blocking does not release the User from obligations, fees, or liabilities arising before the suspension or blocking.

    17. Article 16: Confidentiality

Each party shall keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party as a result of using the Platform or performing the Service and shall use such information only for the purpose for which it was disclosed or as required by applicable law.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information proven to have been lawfully available to the public, already known to the receiving party before disclosure, lawfully obtained from a third party entitled to disclose it, or required to be disclosed under applicable law or by an order or request of a competent authority.

This Article does not prevent the Company from making disclosures necessary to Issuing Sources, Verification Partners, and service providers under Article 8, or from retaining transaction, consent, and authorization records for the period and to the extent required by applicable law.

    18. Article 17: Third-Party Services, Links, and Payment Gateways

The Platform may include links, services, or content provided by third parties, including payment gateways, Issuing Sources, and Verification Partners. The User's relationship with such third parties is subject to their independent terms and policies, and the Company does not control their content, availability, or practices.

The Company is not responsible for delays, refusals, errors, interruptions, fees, or changes in terms caused by a third party unless the damage results from fraud or gross negligence by the Company or in circumstances where applicable law does not permit the Company to exclude liability.

Electronic payments are processed through independent payment providers that are licensed or approved as required by applicable law. The Company does not retain payment instrument data except to the extent permitted by law and by its arrangements with payment providers.

    19. Article 18: Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Company provides the Platform, Services, and Reports according to the scope of the Verification Request and the information and sources lawfully available at the time of performance. The Company does not expressly or impliedly guarantee that a Service will reveal every piece of information relating to a Data Subject, that an Issuing Source will respond, or that an external record will be complete, accurate, or current.

The Company is not responsible for any employment, contracting, admission, rejection, promotion, licensing, or other decision made by the Client or a third party in reliance on a Report. The Client remains solely responsible for ensuring the lawfulness of its decision, carrying out an independent assessment appropriate to the purpose, and complying with laws governing its relationship with the Data Subject.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or moral or commercial damage arising from use of the Platform or a Report. The Company's aggregate liability in connection with any Verification Request shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client to the Company for the request giving rise to the claim.

No limitation or exclusion of liability in these Terms applies to liability arising from fraud or gross negligence by the Company, a harmful act for which liability may not legally be excluded, or any mandatory right or warranty granted by law to a consumer or Data Subject.

    20. Article 19: Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Client shall indemnify the Company, its personnel, and its partners against actual and reasonable damages, claims, and costs, including legal representation fees, arising directly from:

      • Submission by the Client of forged, misleading, or unlawful data or documents.
      • Failure by the Client to obtain valid legal consent or authorization from a Data Subject when requesting verification concerning another person.
      • Use of the Platform or Report by the Client for an unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
      • The Client's infringement of intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, or third-party rights.

This indemnity does not apply where the claim arises from fraud or gross negligence by the Company or from liability that may not lawfully be transferred or excluded.

    21. Article 20: Force Majeure

Neither party shall be considered in breach where performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event outside reasonable control that could not reasonably have been anticipated or avoided, including natural disasters, wars, public disturbances, epidemics, government decisions, widespread outages of telecommunications or hosting services, closure of Issuing Sources, or failure of their systems.

The affected party shall notify the other party within five business days of becoming aware of the event where reasonably possible. The affected obligation shall be suspended only for the duration and to the extent affected. If the force majeure event continues for more than sixty calendar days, either party may terminate the affected part of the request without liability for non-performance, subject to settlement of fees for work already performed and non-refundable costs.

    22. Article 21: Amendments and Updates

The Company may amend these Terms where necessary to update Services, comply with applicable law, or address operational or security requirements. The updated version shall be published on the Platform together with its effective date and last updated date.

An amendment does not apply to an existing Verification Request unless required by law, necessary to protect the security of the Platform or data, or accepted by the Client. Use of the Platform or submission of a new request after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If an amendment is material and affects the rights of Users with pending requests or contact information registered with the Company, the Company shall use reasonable efforts to notify them at least seven calendar days before the amendment takes effect through the Platform or the email address provided, unless applicable law or a security reason requires the amendment to take effect sooner.

    23. Article 22: Notices, Complaints, and Privacy Requests

The Company may send notices relating to requests to the email address, mobile number, or other contact method provided by the Client with the request. A notice is deemed effective when sent to the contact method provided unless it is proven that delivery failed for a reason attributable to the Company.

The Client shall update its contact details where necessary and bears the consequences of inaccurate or outdated contact information provided by the Client.

The Company receives inquiries, complaints, and privacy requests through the following channels:

      • Email: info@techticsa.com
      • National Address: 7446 Salman Bin Abdulaziz Street, An Nakheel District, Secondary No. 4302, Buraydah 52373, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Short Address: QBUH7446)

The Company shall acknowledge receipt of a complaint within three business days and aims to respond within ten business days after the complaint information is complete. If additional time is required, the complainant shall be informed of the reason for the extension and the expected response period.

    24. Article 23: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any transaction, request, or dispute arising from or related to them are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform, subject to any mandatory rules governing subject-matter or territorial jurisdiction. Where a dispute is commercial between merchants arising from their commercial activities, or arises from a commercial contract falling within the jurisdiction of the commercial courts, jurisdiction shall lie with the competent commercial court in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this Article prevents a Data Subject or consumer from submitting a complaint to the competent personal data protection authority, the Ministry of Commerce, or any other competent regulatory authority, or from exercising any mandatory right available under applicable law.

    25. Article 24: General Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Service description and price, and any additional policy or requirement displayed to the Client at the time of the request, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company regarding use of the Platform and the Verification Request and supersede any prior understanding relating to the same subject matter.

No amendment, waiver, or exception to these Terms is effective unless made in writing by the Company or made available electronically through the Platform. A failure by the Company to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced, to the extent legally permissible, by a valid provision that most closely achieves the intended legal and commercial purpose.

The Client may not assign a Verification Request, Report, or any right arising from them to a third party without the Company's written consent and without complying with the Data Subject's consent and applicable law. The Company may transfer its rights or obligations to an affiliate or legal successor, or in connection with a merger, restructuring, or sale of assets, provided that personal data continues to be protected in accordance with applicable law.

    26. Article 25: Effective Date and Last Updated

These Terms take effect on August 26, 2026, and were last updated on August 26, 2026.

      ---

Effective Date and Last Updated: August 26, 2026
